Used approximately 100 gallon stainless steel reactor. Built by RAS. Internal rated 3 psi /FV @ 70 degrees F. Jacket rated 25 psi @ 70 degrees F. Approximately 24" diameter X 42" straight side. Dished top and bottom heads. Stainless steel jacket. Off center agitator (requires drive). Top inspection port and sanitary connections. Built 1992. SN 920776-1. NB 347.
